Digital product that works is not luck.
It is the consequence of good decisions,
and of who makes them.
I am Raphael Pereira. Son of two teachers, I grew up believing that doing things well has purpose. It is not just delivery, it is responsibility.
Where this vision comes from
Since I was 16 I learned that preparation and results go together. I started in technical support at Terra Empresas, understood web hosting from the inside and never stopped learning while solving real problems.
My own agency for five years, a pet shop with my sister in Mooca, roles at Drummond and Belas Artes as marketing coordinator and specialist. Nearly two decades that gave me a perspective that is hard to learn in any course: that of someone who has had to make everything work at the same time.
My degree is in Advertising and Propaganda, but my way of working is multidisciplinary by necessity, not by vanity of scope.
The problem is rarely where it seems.
Traffic does not fix a bad experience
SEO without a page that converts is wasted investment. More visits to a confusing page only scales the problem.
Automation does not fix a bad process
Automating a broken flow makes it fail faster. I always start with the process, then the tool.
Data without decisions is just a report
Vanity metrics do not pay the bills. The goal is to turn analysis into concrete action with measurable impact.
What I do in practice
Product strategy
Diagnosis, prioritization and direction focused on real business impact. The starting point is always understanding what already exists before proposing any change.
UX and interface
Behavior analysis and experience evolution. Growing up close to art and culture influences how I see conversion problems: visual hierarchy, clarity of the next step, user perception.
Technology
Development and integration focused on results. I work with HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Vue, Astro, Python and Cloudflare Workers. I support migration from legacy stacks to modern solutions and integration between systems via APIs and automations with N8N.
Data and performance
Metrics structuring, dashboards and funnel analysis. For those who have data but lack clarity. From Google Analytics to data architecture for those who need to scale.
Digital marketing
SEO, content and acquisition strategies aligned with the business moment and objective. No ready-made recipe, no default favorite channel.

Outside of work
Skateboarding, online games, time with my partner Tabata, my cats Sirius and Kurt, and the company of friends and family.
