Architecture that could not sustain growth
I started my journey at Belas Artes as Marketing Coordinator and currently work as a Digital Projects Specialist. Over the years, I took the lead on strategic initiatives focused on the institution's digital transformation. One of the first challenges was reorganizing the architecture across multiple Belas Artes websites, ensuring more cohesive, modern and efficient navigation for users. This restructuring served as the foundation for the many improvements that followed. I also implemented robust security measures following invasion incidents, ensuring greater stability, trust and stronger protection across the institution's digital environments.
Data that was not talking to each other
We achieved over 100% growth in organic traffic by applying advanced SEO techniques, always focused on content restructuring, performance and user experience. We developed automated routines to integrate data between the Educational CRM, Google Ads and Meta, enabling smarter and more personalized actions, resulting in over 100% increase in enrollment conversions. We are now centralizing the institution's entire digital infrastructure, reducing server costs, eliminating legacy tool dependencies and building a proprietary API that connects all systems. The migration from WordPress to a modern stack with Astro, Vue and Cloudflare is underway.
Digital products to scale education
I led the development of the new digital structure for the R7 Graduate program, including server preparation, optimized performance and a scalable architecture focused on lead capture and visibility. I coordinated live events and institutional broadcasts, from technical planning through execution, ensuring stability, platform integration and alignment with academic objectives. I currently lead the development of new products such as SA Play, a proprietary streaming platform designed for classes, events and on-demand content, expanding the reach of the Belas Artes learning experience.
