Digital presence built from scratch for those who make a difference

At ONG Pró-Morato, I worked on a fully voluntary basis to plan and develop the institution's new digital presence, conducting a complete website restructuring based on Design Thinking methodology. I went through every stage of the process: empathy, definition, ideation and prototyping, with a focus on the real needs of Francisco Morato residents and future volunteers. The project included competitive analysis, persona definition and content reorganization to facilitate access to information about social programs, news and contact channels. The site was technically prepared to meet the requirements of the Google Ad Grants program. The grant verification and activation were handled by the ONG's internal team.

SEO and communication that expands social reach

I implemented on-page SEO measures using Yoast SEO, with proper definition of meta descriptions, key phrases and page hierarchy. I guided the ONG team on web writing best practices and supported the site's alignment with Google Ad Grants program requirements, contributing to stronger institutional communication. All content was adapted with a focus on accessibility, readability and conversion, aiming to expand the reach of the ONG's social initiatives.

Performance and real community impact

The new site was planned to be lightweight, responsive, accessible and secure, following performance guidelines and digital privacy best practices. I worked collaboratively with the ONG team, ensuring every technical decision respected the institution's identity and values. More than a redesign, the project aimed to generate real community impact, expanding program reach and making it easier to connect with those who want to help.
